We are looking for a talented Implementation Business Consultant to be a part of our Implementation Success Team. ISBCs are responsible for onboarding Clients all over the world on our platform, engaging in strategic projects, delivering successful go-lives using our dedicated frameworks. With the end goal in mind – customer success and outstanding experience from embarking with us.
YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Deliver system training basing on training curriculum and customer’s requirements
- Conduct system consultations for our Clients during customer’s onboarding process
- Perform system configurations within the agreed scope and deadlines of the projects managed by the Implementation Success Project Managers
- Coordinate between customers and technical teams to understand customer needs,
- Respond to customer requests regarding issues in system and enhancements and internally escalate issues if required for faster resolution.
- Share lessons learned, improve processes and procedures around Implementation Success

- Readiness for business trips (if required)
Nice to have:
- Another European language on business communication level
- Previous work in the role of Implementation Team, Customer Service, Customer Success Specialist
- IT education background
- Experience in Fitness industry
- Practical skills of Perfect Gym Software or similar software
