Currently we are looking for a talented Implementation Project Manager to be a part of our Implementation Success Team. Our Project Managers are responsible for work with Clients all over the world, for building great, lasting relations, ensuring that product adoption is high, and the procedures are applied properly to deliver outstanding service to our Customers.
YOUR ACTIVITIES
- Manage the deployment process for our Clients all around the world
- Act as primary point of contact within the implementation period
- Coordinate all resources involved in the implementation project
- Assigning project tasks; setting task priorities; control tasks execution
- Monitoring project issues and identify possible risks
- Create project documentation
- Act as product owner for client specific business requirements
- Liaise with IT and product team to ensure business requirements are translated into development task
- Manage strategic accounts
- Provide support for our Clients worldwide
- Conduct adequate trainings
- Create processes and procedures around Client success
- Work with other teams to achieve customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
WHAT WE EXPECT
- At least two years of experience in project management (in software industry will be an advantage)
- Advanced language skills in verbal and written English and Polish
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work consistently on own initiative
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical language
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to drive high levels of teamwork
- Readiness for business trips
Nice to have:
- Another European language on business communication level
- Project Management Certification
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology and JIRA software
