Implementation Sales Consultant

  • Work with Sales to drive our SaaS growth supporting IT services part of the offers. 
  • Act as Sales support for new clients, manage IT services standalone opportunities. 
  • Qualify and maximize deals, build key relationships. Use strong IT services sales skills to promote our value to clients. 
  • Oversee consultative sales cycles, support bid processes, work with Implementation & Product teams, secure necessary approvals. 
  • Create, present, and manage IT services proposals, which may consist of various elements (e.g. marketing materials, budgets, schedules). 
  • Accurately forecast services sales, oversee orders. 
  • Ensure successful projects by managing client expectations, handling objections. 
  • Understand industry trends, know PG’s products well. 


  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant software and IT services sales experience is a must, preferably within software house, system integrator, IT consulting or with SaaS/PaaS company, but with IT services component. 
  • Solid knowledge of system implementation and migration projects (tasks, budgets, risks). 
  • Capable of creating compelling proposals, managing approvals, and ensuring contract compliance. 
  • Proven expertise in sale, presale or similar sales support role to collaborate on accounts.  
  • Excellent internal and client relationship building skills. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge about SaaS, IT architectures and CRM-like system features. 
  • Ability to manage sales activities (we use Salesforce), capable of providing insightful feedback to drive improvements. 
  • Fluent English (with Polish being additional asset) 
  • Travel: might be required for bigger opportunities.
