Operations & IT Project Manager


  • Report directly to Chief Operating Officer and indirectly via IT Director in a matrix structure, supporting daily operations management (aka “business as usual”) with main goal of improving efficiency and performance of our organization, 
  • Work closely with Board Members, Management, and other stakeholders, 
  • Identify, collect, assess and prioritize process and IT improvement ideas 
  • Define, track, and share key performance management metrics, KPIs and OKRs with leadership for our business units, 
  • Coordinate the process of gathering information for KPIs and OKRs, share status and progress of initiatives through proper reporting, identify risks and bottlenecks, recommend improvements, 
  • Act as Change Manager, effectively communicate changes within our organization, 
  • Manage relevant strategic initiatives and selected IT projects as Project Manager, 
  • Define and manage cadence of stakeholder’s meetings to minimize effort and maximize value; facilitate these meetings, 
  • Oversee our performance management software (Perdoo). 


  • Passion for delivering excellence, 
  • 5y+ in IT or operations management, change management, management consulting or related field, 
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, 
  • Experience in IT projects (preferably agile) in a company with strong technology focus, 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data, trends and use it to make actionable recommendations (MS Excel advanced skills required), 
  • Solid knowledge of company-wide IT tools and relationships between them (e.g. CRM, ERP), 
  • Strong communication (English and Polish) and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, 
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 

Good to Have 

  • Experience with performance management frameworks, KPIs, and OKRs and the ability to develop and track these metrics across the organization, 
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards within Salesforce and/or MS Power BI,  
  • Effective usage skills of project management tools (e.g. JIRA) to build roadmaps, 
  • Project Management certificate (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile). 


  • B2B contract in an established company; possibility to work hybrid after initial onboarding,

  • Ability to develop professionally in a technology or management areas,
