Report directly to Chief Operating Officer and indirectly via IT Director in a matrix structure, supporting daily operations management (aka “business as usual”) with main goal of improving efficiency and performance of our organization,
Work closely with Board Members, Management, and other stakeholders,
Identify, collect, assess and prioritize process and IT improvement ideas
Define, track, and share key performance management metrics, KPIs and OKRs with leadership for our business units,
Coordinate the process of gathering information for KPIs and OKRs, share status and progress of initiatives through proper reporting, identify risks and bottlenecks, recommend improvements,
Act as Change Manager, effectively communicate changes within our organization,
Manage relevant strategic initiatives and selected IT projects as Project Manager,
Define and manage cadence of stakeholder’s meetings to minimize effort and maximize value; facilitate these meetings,
