Technical Account Manager

TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

(based in Warsaw, Poland) 

YOUR ACTIVITIES 

  • Manages relations with key Enterprise tier clients related to their Support tickets population.
  • Constantly analyses data in search of trends and recurring issues.
  • Understands client’s product pool, local requirements, hardware and business processes.
  • Analyses data to identify improvement areas and recurring issues.
  • Initiates Root Cause Analysis. Issues periodic reports to Clients.
  • Attends meeting, maintains periodic communications, helps client prioritize and escalate issues.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Account Management positions,
  • Client facing operations,
  • data analysis and reporting, technical skills in SaaS field (experience with SQL, devices, integrations, payment providers are nice to have)
  • Communication skills, problem-solving, analytical mind
