Job description

  • Receiving inquiries from customers through various communication channels (www, chat, telephone)
  • Solving current problems related to devices and applications in IT areas
  • Providing high-quality customer service as well as quality and timely solutions
  • User application support and error diagnosis (II line of support)
  • Substantive cooperation with external suppliers of services and equipment as part of solving problems

What we expect

  • Good English, which allows you to communicate freely with foreign clients (minimum B2 level) - a necessary condition
  • Polish, minimum C1
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of personal culture
  • Conscientiousness, responsibility and punctuality
  • Ability to independently organize time and tasks, manage priorities
  • A passion for solving problems and presenting the best solutions
  • Experience in working with MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of issues related to the Windows 7/8.x or 10 operating system and software installation

 Nice to Have

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of issues related to databases, including SQL
  • Knowledge of the Visual Studio environment
