Our Story

Our journey began a few years ago when two individuals crossed paths at the right time and place. Perfect Gym had its humble origins as a booking system developed by university students in Poland for their martial arts teacher. Since then, our team has grown, and we now proudly employ over 160 talented individuals worldwide, with offices in Poland and Australia.

Within five years, our offerings expanded to include a comprehensive SaaS platform, establishing Perfect Gym as the preferred gym management software for renowned chains in over a dozen countries across the globe, serving various sectors, including Leisure, Aquatics, Recreation, Fitness, and Health.

Today, we stand as a leader in the industry, with a significant influence on its trajectory and future. Each day, we strive to create the most innovative, open and scalable platform. Our dedicated team continuously works on introducing cutting-edge technological solutions to enhance the user experience for both our valued customers and gym members.
