By visiting our local studios and connecting with industry leaders at events, we are collecting vital, first-hand market insights. We want to understand the exact, day-to-day needs of our American franchisees and members. Being on the ground ensures that our operations, supported by PerfectGym's platform, are perfectly aligned with the realities of the US market.

PerfectGym: So, migrating an entire software ecosystem across an ocean sounds like a heavy lift. How is the actual switch taking place?

Matthias Lehner: It is a major milestone, but Bodystreet is migrating its entire IT infrastructure in the USA to the forward-looking platform PerfectGym. Because of our existing relationship in Europe, our teams are completely in sync. We are rolling the system out seamlessly to our US locations, ensuring every franchisee gets hands-on support so they can transition without skipping a beat.
