AR & AP Accountant

AR & AP Accountant

(based in Warsaw, Poland) 

As AR accountant you will be in charge of customer billing and revenue posting. 

As AP accountant you will be in charge of purchase invoice processing (input into ERP system and posting, preparing supplier payments and matching with payments) 


Account Receivable  

  • Issue invoices and post revenues  
  • Contact other departments to obtain missing information 
  • Keep up to date contract information in ERP and Salesforce system 
  • Maintain Master Data 

Accounts Payable  

  • process supplier invoices 
  • prepare payments 
  • carry out posting of journal entries 
  • matching payments to suppliers' invoices 
  • resolve supplier queries 


  • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or similar and/ or finance background (at least 4 years of experience in accounting); 
  • 2 years of experience in accounts receivable positions 
  • Working knowledge of ERP, preferable eNova 
  • Good knowledge of Excel 
  • English skills: minimum B2 
  • Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, well-organized, structured approach to work 
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SalesForce 
  • Client service oriented with the ability to build strong positive team relationships
