Enterprise Customer Success Manager

(based in Warsaw, Poland) 

We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager with a strong technical background to join our dynamic Customer Success team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our enterprise clients maximize the value of our sophisticated SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, passion for customer engagement, and a track record of fostering long-term business relationships. 

YOUR ACTIVITIES 

Strategic Customer Advocacy: Act as the premier liaison for enterprise clients, deeply understanding their unique business challenges and technological ecosystems. Advocate for tailored solutions that drive significant business outcomes, ensuring our platform is perfectly aligned with their strategic objectives.  

Advanced Technical Guidance: Offer technical expertise on our platform, spearheading complex integrations and customizations. Guide enterprise clients through high-level product optimization strategies tailored to their specific operational needs. 

Expert-Led Adoption: Ensure seamless adoption and mastery of our platform, facilitating a smooth transition and immediate realization of value. 

Customized Success Planning: Craft and execute customer success plans that resonate with the client’s business goals, ensuring renewal, and unlocking avenues for strategic expansion. Employ a consultative approach to align our solutions with the client's long-term success roadmap. 

Elite Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across the client organization. Deliver a customer experience that cements loyalty, satisfaction, and advocacy for our brand. 

Influential Feedback Loop: Serve as the channel for customer insights, championing the customer perspective in internal strategy sessions.  

Predictive Data-Driven Strategies: Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights from customer data. Implement proactive strategies to mitigate churn risks, ensuring a consistent trajectory towards customer success and satisfaction. 

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Over 5 years of experience in a high-touch customer success role within a SaaS or technology consulting or complex software. 
  • Deep technical proficiency with a demonstrated capability to advise on corporate IT landscape for our clients, integration, payments, release process. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and influence decision-making processes within large organizations. 
  • A history of success in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, demonstrating a keen ability to align solutions with business goals. 
  • Expertise in utilizing leading customer success technologies and CRM systems, with a preference for certifications in platforms like Salesforce or ChurnZero. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively to build face-to-face relationships with clients and represent the company at high-profile industry events.
