Junior Customer Success Operations Specialist

(based in Warsaw, Poland) 

The Junior Customer Success Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer success team. This is a great entry role into your career. This role involves managing CRM data quality, internal reporting, assisting in the implementation and optimization of customer success processes, and ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service. 

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual with a strong passion for data-driven strategies in the SaaS industry. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and be committed to using data insights to enhance customer experiences. 

YOUR ACTIVITIES 

  • CRM Management: Efficiently manage and maintain customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the customer success team. 
  • Internal Reporting: Develop, compile, and present regular internal reports that track customer engagement, success metrics, and other key performance indicators. Utilize these insights to inform business decisions and strategies. 
  • Process Improvement: Actively identify opportunities for process optimization within the customer success department. Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in customer engagement and support. Document changes to existing processes and write new process description. 
  • Power BI Development: Utilize Power BI to create and manage advanced analytics dashboards. Transform complex data sets into understandable and actionable visualizations to support decision-making within the customer success team. 

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Math, IT or a related field. 
  • Up to 1 year of experience in customer success, operations, or a related role in a SaaS or technology company (internship experience acceptable). 
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools. 
  • Salesforce and/or Power BI experience is a plus.
