Senior Implementation Project Manager

Senior Implementation Project Manager

(based in Warsaw, Poland) 

 YOUR ACTIVITIES 

  • Manage the deployment process for our Enterprise Clients all around the world
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of project objectives – act as primary point of contact within the presale and implementation stages
  • Take full ownership of assigned project portfolio (i.e. budget, timeline and scope)
  • Plan and coordinate all resources involved in the implementation projects
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects
  • Monitor projects, e.g. scope, burn to ensure adherence with baselines and through change control management procedures
  • Report, evaluate, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues associated with the engagement in a timely fashion, escalating when necessary
  • Liaise with IT and Product Teams to ensure business requirements are translated into proper task
  • Lead Steering Committees when needed
  • Manage escalations (both internal and external)
  • Contribute to improvement of processes and procedures around implementation process

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • At least 6 years of experience in project management in software industry (preferred in SaaS model)
  • Top stakeholders’ management skills (i.e. Management Board levels)
  • Strong Scope Management capability
  • Expert knowledge of Project Management tools (incl. MS Office) and methodologies
  • Experience in directly managing project staff resources
  • Advanced language skills in verbal and written English and Polish
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical language
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to drive high levels of teamwork
  • Readiness for business trips (less than 10%)

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Another European language on business communication level (German, French preferred)
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI)
  • Project Portfolio Management or Program Management Certification
  • Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Knowledge of SalesForce and Atlassian stack JIRA/Confluence
